Renting with us is very easy. Through our website you can rent your storage room in just 3 steps:

1. Choose the size of your storage room and the duration that suits you best.
2. Fill in your details.
3. Enter your credit or debit card details and pay your rent and deposit. You will immediately receive a link to your digital key fob which will allow you to access your storage room (this key fob is individual and will be used both to open the access doors to the Trastex premises and to access your storage room).

You can do it, if you want, from the door of the centre and, in less than 5 minutes, you will be able to start storing your belongings in your storage room.

Yes, we will charge you the equivalent of one month's storage room rent. At the end of the contract, we will return the deposit after verifying that everything is in perfect condition.

The minimum commitment is one month. However, you can rent month to month or receive a discount on your monthly rent by paying 6 or 12 months in advance.

Here are the steps to follow:

1. Empty your belongings from the storage room.
2. Once emptied, access the control panel via the App, choose the End rental option and follow the instructions.
3. Once the cancellation process has been completed, you will receive your deposit back in a few days, after the storage room has been checked.

If you need a family member or friend to access your storage room, there is no problem authorising their access. From the control panel there is the option of generating a temporary access key that you can share with third parties.
